NF Detailing is a paint correction, ceramic coating and detailing business operated by Neil Ferguson, based at Netherton Industrial Estate, Wishaw, North Lanarkshire, serving North & South Lanarkshire and Glasgow. NF Detailing is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

When you complete an enquiry form on one of our landing pages, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle make and model, the service you are interested in, and your area or postcode.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as the page you submitted from and the advertising campaign or search term that brought you here, so we can understand which adverts are working.

We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and arrange a booking if you go ahead. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists without your agreement.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you have made, and performance of a contract where you go on to book work with us.

Leads submitted through the forms on this site are collected by NF Detailing and processed on our behalf by Auto Growth, acting as our marketing processor. Auto Growth handles the enquiry data solely to deliver it to NF Detailing and to measure advertising performance. They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes.

Enquiry data may be held in a customer relationship management system used by NF Detailing and Auto Growth for that purpose.

We advertise on Google and Meta. When you submit an enquiry, a conversion event is recorded so those platforms can report which adverts generate enquiries. These tools use cookies and similar technologies. They do not receive the content of your message.

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and, where you become a customer, for as long as we need them for job records, warranty and accounting purposes. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted once they are no longer relevant.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also object to how we use it or ask us to restrict it. Just get in touch and we will deal with it.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
