The problem

You walk out in the morning, the sun catches the bonnet, and there it is — a web of fine swirl marks and scratches you never put there. On a car this age. On a car that cost what yours cost.

How it works
Here's exactly what happens to your car.

Decontamination wash
A safe, thorough wash, then chemical and mechanical decontamination to lift bonded contamination out of the paint. Nothing is polished until the surface is genuinely clean.
- 02
Paint depth measurement
Your paint is measured across the car and the readings are recorded. This tells us how much clear coat there is to work with — and it becomes your written paint depth report.
- 03
Correction stages
Machine correction under inspection lighting to physically remove swirls and scratches rather than hide them. Single, two or multi-stage depending on what your paint actually needs.
- 04
Ceramic coating application
The corrected paint is prepped and the coating is applied by hand, panel by panel, then left to cure properly. Any coating of 3 years or more is warrantied.

I am always a bit hesitant about all these detailing companies, however approached NF Detailing to polish and ceramic coat my car… I have waited a few years to write this review as I wanted to see how the car would stand up — the car still looks great and the coating definitely makes it easier to wash and there are no scratches or swirls even after 2 winters.
